Love the vans summer 12 collection, especially the two styles i have shown above. I need a pair of the Vans Era 48 Ca in Plaza Taupe asap.

Oversize.

Ive handpicked a few of my favourite looks from the fall collections from Chloe, Jil Sander, Proenza Schouler, Daks, Balenciaga and Stella Mcartney.
Low Crotches, cocoon sleeves and long lengths. Big is most certainly beautiful this fall, oversize is the message and it is a great look. I bought a pair of slouchy silk trousers from Zara today which i will pair with a silk shirt, or loose knit tee. The key is to keep things simple, which suits me as i am never one to wear anything too extravagant.

Stella McCartney

Ive handpicked a few of my favourite pieces from Stella McCartney's summer 2012 ready to wear collection. I really like her work as a designer her clothes are always classy and look so elegant and sophisticated. There is most definitely an air of slouchiness for most trends this summer and i am really enjoying it. McCartney follows this trend by complying with the looseness and lightweight fabrics. Her pieces are perfect for summer and appear casual yet chic. Tops tucked in, or sitting below the trouser line, slouchy silk trousers paired with silk shirts, dressing gown jackets and minimal accessories are all bang on this summer. Sweet.

JASON WU

Bright neon hues and bold colour blocked pieces are huge this spring, with neon colour - blocking being the latest trend to hit the runway. At first, admittedly i was quite unsure about the neon colours and i thought id be swerving this hype, however i have taken myself by surprise as my wardrobe now features a number of neon items to pair with a number of different items such as my black leather waisted joggers or my black silk slip on. The rule is to only opt for one neon item per outfit, whether its accessories, bags, heels, clothing, or simply nail polish. Jason Wu compliments the neon colour - blocking trend perfectly, with just one bold statement item for each look. The neon yellow against the greys and blacks are my favourite. They look bold, yet classy.

OBSESSIONS/POSSESSIONS

Designer duo Nina Einarsen and Iselin Stromsvag (don't ever expect me to pronounce them) have together created some truly exquisite jewellery in materials such as silver, stone, swarovski crystals, feathers, wood, horn and leather. Their work is inspired by the Norweigen nature, balancing between the rough and fine, masculine and feminine. Each item is handmade, therefore no two are the same. I have fallen in love with their designs, i think each item is so unique, and yet modern in such a fascinating sense.   I have my eye on the copper earrings... i might have to make a wild purchase next pay day.

My lack of blogging is entirely down to my workload at the moment. Been going out of my mind with interviews and write ups, I'm surprised I'm not bald with stress. Nearly done though so I'm really starting to look forward to the summer... lots of gigs on the calendar x

J BRAND

The denim label J Brand have recently extended their collection to include leather and jersey. Their spring collection is amazing, i love the slouchy joggers paired with the knit crops and white blouses. I recently bought a pair of woven black joggers with a leather trim waistband from Topshop and i am never out of them. Paired with ca 46 white vans i don't wear much else at the moment! Off to London tonight for the week, clothes shopping is inevitable...
